About the Journal
The Ybl Journal of Built Environment is an international scientific journal published by Óbuda University, edited by the Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture in Budapest and the Doctoral School of Architecture, Design and Technology, which is managed by the Faculty.
Our goal
The aim of our journal is to be a multidisciplinary forum dealing with the built environment, thus providing a space for theoretical, experimental, numerical, and practical research in the broadly interpreted disciplinary framework of architectural science, including architecture, civil engineering, fire safety, construction management, and theoretical, experimental, numerical, and practical research in engineering education. Our intention is to contribute to the development of building culture by publishing studies, research reports, reviews, and book reviews on this wide range of topics.
Publication
Published twice a year, with articles in English and Hungarian.
We plan to publish special issues and thematic issues related to conferences and events on an occasional basis.
